New Year, New You?

I am embracing neither Veganuary nor Dry January. But I am trying to be more mindful about what I eat and drink. This is a time of year when we are naturally more hibernatory and reflective creatures, and I’m conscious that I should limit my alcohol to one bottle maximum per week, spread over five days… I am also trying to eat less meat, much though I love it.
